Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Axe Studios LLC ("we", "us") governing your use of the DateNight app and this website. By using DateNight, you agree to them.

Using DateNight

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for planning your own nights out. Don't misuse the service. This includes attempting to access other users' data, scraping venue data, reverse engineering, or using the app for anything unlawful.

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Couple pairing shares certain content (bucket list, premium status) with the partner you invite; only pair with someone you intend to share with. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.

Premium subscriptions

• Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month or $29.99/year), billed through your Apple ID.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• One active subscription extends Premium to a paired partner for as long as the pairing and the subscription remain active.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms.

Venue information

Venue details (hours, prices, ratings, photos, travel times) come from third-party sources (primarily Google) or are estimates produced by the app. They can be wrong, outdated, or incomplete. Confirm the details that matter (hours, reservations, prices) with the venue before you go. Price estimates and travel times are approximations, not guarantees.

Disclaimers

DateNight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axe Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens on a date it helped plan. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to the service or terms

We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
