Common questions

How do I pair with my partner?

Us tab → Set it up → share your invite code (or enter theirs). Pairing shares your bucket list and premium status, nothing else.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

Premium is billed through Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → DateNight. Cancelling stops renewal at the end of the current period.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

A venue's info is wrong

Venue details come from Google's public data, so hours and prices can lag reality. We recommend confirming with the venue for big nights.

Location isn't working

DateNight needs location permission to find spots near you (iPhone Settings → Privacy → Location Services → DateNight), or you can type any city in the filters instead, with no location access needed.
